Officer Pay Rates & Built in Salary Increases
● Correctional Officer 1: Starting Salary $47,900 – $23.02 per hour
● Correctional Officer 2: Starting Salary $52,900 – $25.43 per hour
● Correctional Officer 3: Starting Salary $55,900 – $26.87 per hour
Newly hired officers receive a $2,000 Retention Incentive
after one year of continuous service.
