Officer Pay Rates & Built in Salary Increases
● Correctional Officer 1: Starting Salary $42,900 – $20.62 per hour
● Correctional Officer 2: Starting Salary $47,900 – $23.02 per hour
● Correctional Officer 3: Starting Salary $50,900 – $24.47 per hour
Newly hired officers receive a $2,000 Retention Incentive
after one year of continuous service.
